It has 8 hobbing machines, 6 of which are above 5m in diameter and the largest in 10m in diateter; it has 12 vertical lathe, and largest rotary process diameter is 10meters; floor lathe 8 sets: Φ6.3×18m 2sets，Φ5×15m 3sets，Φ4.6×15m 3sets; 36 sets of 50t-150t large-size crane; a 6.5×16m annealing furnace; and 650 sets of varied physical-chemical analyzer, flaw detector, test equipment, with the capacity of process and production ofΦ-6m cement rotary kiln. “Pengfei” brand rotary kiln have taken 26.5% of Chinese kiln market, being the second largest in the line of cement machine, to be honored as the “Dragon head of Chinese Cement Machinery”.
Pengfei Company enhance the cooperation with Nanjing cement industrial design institution, and continually manufactured 10 sets of Φ5×74m rotary kiln, largest cement rotary kiln in China (completely home made), in application for 6000tpd cement plant. Its customers are Taiwan Cement Yingde plant, 1-4# 4 sets, Fujian homemade industrial Cement Co., Ltd, 2 sets, Taiwan Cement Guiguang plant, 1-4# 4 sets, which had been checked by national building material mechanical products quality test center, proving to be with international leading level and the feedback of work condition from the customers are very good. The company has accepted the manufacture of numbers of cement rotaries from companies at home, such as Nanjing Dazhi, Hubei Xinhua, Hebei Luquan, Fujian Chunchi, Zhejiang Shaoxing, Hulan Cenzhou, Guangdong Ningjiang etc, a series of cement rotary kilns.
The company cooperated with Hefei Cement Industry Research Institution, researched and designed the PLC、PLD、PLEF, 4 Φ4.3×64m rotary kilns for exporting to Pakistan LUKY Cement Plant, and have sent 26 persons in all to Pakistan for the technical directing and after service work. They overcome every bad factors and the thread from terrorist, successfully finish site service, and win the good praise from foreign customers. The self-research and developed exporting cement kiln projects are:the company has afford to produce 4 sets of Φ3.5×145m rotary kiln for Deye Cement Plant, and 8 rotary kilns plant for MTigerhead Cement Plant, M Cement Plant, M King Elephant Cement Plant, and MDragon Cement Co., Ltd. The Minister has led the delegation to visit Pengfei Group twice, and gave good words and proper confirmation over the quality of Pengfei cement rotary kilns, and Pengfei has become the largest supplier of M cement machine & equipment. In Vietnam and Bangladesh: the company has accept the production of cement plant for Vietnam Kaisha Cement Factory, Vietnam Shanluo Cement Factory, Vietnam Liangshan Cement Factory, Vietnam X519 Factory, Bangladesh Luopa Cement Factory, Bangladesh Wotema Cement Factory, Bangladesh East Cement Factory etc. To the end of 2006, the Pengfei Group has produced foreign rotary kilns projects for 40 sets in all. From Jan. to Apr of the year, the Pengfei Group has signed with cement factories in Egypt, Turkey, Kazakhstan, and Russia etc for the kiln equipment manufacture, the exporting contract of which values to 40 million dollars.
