Zhangping Hongshi Cement Co., Ltd, the large-size civil enterprise, is established by the investment of Hongshi Group. Hongshi Group is a mainly cement producing large-size enterprise group, with asset amount to 3billions RMB, and 3 new dry process plants with capacity of 2500t/d, 4 new dry process plants with capacity of 5000t/d, annual production capacity amount to 14.5 million tons. The clinker production ability continuously to be leading 10 in China and the cement production ability is the second in Zhejiang province.  

 

    To further the main competition of the enterprise, positively taking part in the economy district construction in the west of the strait, according to the policy of contracture adjustment of national cement line, largely using the ample resource, convenient transportation, good district advantages of Zhangping City, the group decided to establish large-size new type dry cement production base with capacity of 4 million tons per year in Xiyuan town of Zhangping City. This base will establish two 5000t/d new types dry process plants, with total investment 1 billion, adapting national leading new type dry process and the key equipment will be imported from aboard. The project will be divided into 2 periods. First period will firstly establish a 5000t/d plant, and after completion, it will produce 2 million tons cement, realize 0.5 billion RMB sale value, 0.1 billion RMB tax, which can give good economic and social effect. 

 

    From the plan of the first period project in 2006, it has been correctly instructed by Zhangping government and commission and great support of relative department. The main machine equipment rotary kiln and rolling mill are provided by Jiangsu Pengfei Group. And under the support of mass technical people and workers’ hard working, overcoming the difficult of rainy and transportation in the construction, the plant was finally successfully put into operation.
