Latest news from provincial Finance Bureau, another 3 enterprises in our city are confirmed to be  key  projects  by  provincial fiscal, and the 3 enterprises are individually Nantong Wenfeng Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd. Jiangsu Pengfei Group Co,. Ltd. Jiangsu Haixun Industry Co., Ltd.

   In order to achieve the strategy of “2 first” by provincial committee & and government, improve provincial industrial structure, form the provincial manufacturing base, strengthen the local fiscal force, since 2005, the government arranged some of the fiscal fund to “support the key enterprises development and increase fiscal source”. several years ago for the active effort of the county fiscal department , Jiangsu Lianfa Group  Co., Ltd, Jiangsu Longma Science and Tech Co., Ltd (Shengling Electric ) in our county are listed to be the 2 key  experiment units to be supported by fiscal policy. The experiment units, now have achieved exciting results with the help of the fiscal department and for the efforts of all the staff .In 2006, the 2 experiment units achieved an annual sales income of RMB 1647million, increased by 36% than last year; a tax income of RMB 70.97 million, increased by 23.3% than last year.: the profit 123.81 million increased by 36.6% than last year. In 2005 and 2006, the 2 companies got subsidy of RMB individually be 3,7million and 3.2 million.

    On basis of experiment, the provincial Finance Bureau decided to support the key enterprises in Hai’an County, to increase fiscal source. After the application and the active effort of county fiscal department, the above –mentioned 3 enterprises are listed to be key supported by fiscal policy. Provincial fiscal will greatly support the projects of the 3 enterprises with the special developing funds, and will check the finished economic indexes. The special funds is arranged for the following, such as technology upgrading, energy-saving and reducing exhaust emission ,new products developing and etc.
